Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe
Known as “The Strong People”, this Nation of People Have Lived and Prospered Here for 10 Thousand Years.
The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe has a handful of enterprises in this area, one of its largest being 7 Cedars. Revenues from the casino help the tribe become economically self-sufficient, and must be directed to governmental services, such as health, education and economic development. The 7 Cedars design complements the Jamestown’s vision of the Blyn basin, and also provides employment opportunities for tribal and community citizens. The culture, values and artistic talents of the Tribal Citizens are evident in many areas of the casino, particularly in the Cedar Bough Art Gallery.
