Casino: Players Club Representative
Part-time position.
Representatives provide enthusiastic customer service. They assist players with sign-ups, access member accounts, and assist with Promotions.
Customer service experience required. Applicant must have excellent communication skills, the ability to Multi-task, have basic computer skills and be able to obtain Washington State Class III gaming license.
Position requires standing for long periods of time, availability to work any shift; day, night, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift 35 pounds, and work in a smoker friendly environment.
Native American preference for qualified candidates.
Drug test required.
